You cannot tell from the picture that this is a one particular piece unit. No actual explanation from the ad on how it is to be installed. I thought this was a frame with a door insert. What I got was a 1 piece unit with a spring loaded clips. Makes it tough to install around studs. Nothing at all for the spring loaded clips to grab onto. I had to purchase velcro strips to make it perform.

It is good that it can be painted. I bought this right after seeing it employed on PBS' This Old Residence. Just the trick for use behind a tiled shower wall. Shower leaked and my brother-in-law convinced me the only way to repair the leak was to cut via a wall. A handful of beers later and he was suitable. Figured I'd leave the new access hole in case the leak returned. This puppy does the trick. 1 extra issue I wish I was wise enough to believe of but someone else beat me to the patent.
