I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to warn other customers. The velcroe tip is not securely attached. It is just sticky backed and stuck on at the finish of the snake. IT CAME OFF IN MY DRAIN! I really should have known much better. I could see it was not on there nicely. But I believed I would give it a shot anyway. Luckily it came off close to the top of my drain and I was able to pluck it out. Needless to say the complete factor then went in the trash. Not worth the return shipping. I bought this item based on the positive reviews. I wanted to get a even more precise evaluation out there to assist warn future buyers of this product.
This item removers hair balls from the elbow joint of sink drains. The directions say to insert and twist, I twisted so significantly it almost broke off,it did peel of the plastic coating...so be careful. It did take away a hair ball but I threw that one away after a single use, I have a second a single I will use but with less "twist". It worked...
