I had an problem of tricky to flush complaint. A 7 year old Mansfield No. 110. Originally ordered the entire flush valve assembly (211-112-P) and saw this Flush Valve on the assembly. Install this valve by shutting off the water, unscrewing refill tube cap and slide up the float assembly and pull off old Valve. Install this seal in the best ring grove. Reverse to install. Amazing and very easy repair.
Just after replacing the toilet handles, and nonetheless sticking, I ordered and replaced this o-ring. This fixed the sticking troubles.
Delivery was slow, but I believe this was specified in the item shipping description by the vendor
All in all, Im happy.
